Additional information about rental rates
- Rates are for 1-6 people, for 7 nights. Maximum occupancy is 8 people with an additional charge of 20 Euro/person/day. Rates include one cleaning-bed sheets, towel change and pool cleaning - once a week. Air-condition: free for the three bedrooms but the extra two units in the family room and playroom are optional and wll be charged 7 Euro / Day / Unit upon arrival.
Daily cleaning service is available upon request.
- 30% deposit required upon accepted reservation, and 70% due 8 weeks before arrival date. In case of full payment upon acceptance a 10% discount will be made. No cancellations after deposits received. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Special rates/discounts, 20% for January and February 2011
10% discount for 2 consecutive weeks.
15% discount for 4 consecutive weeks.
